- Do dedicated scans stay private?
- Scan results enter the shared index by default — that's the shared index getting better for everyone. Private-index arrangements are available where the workflow requires it.
- What does the SLA cover?
- API availability and indexed-lookup latency, with scan-queue turnaround targets for dedicated capacity. Specifics are set in the agreement.
